We typically check our e-mail orders every day, no matter if we are at home or away. The internet is a beautiful thing! If E-mail is just not your cup of tea, please call us at 310-493-FISH and leave a message. We will get you a response, usually within the same day.
Rod Shipping Methods and Costs
Over the years we have gotten the best shipping service from Federal Express (FedEx). You might have noticed too that shipping charges have increased, just like everything else associated with transportation. We will do our best to make every effort to keep shipping costs down, and to only charge you for the actual shipping costs. So, you can expect to pay as little as $16 for rods shipped in the Western United States, and as much as $30 on the East Coast. The cost of the shipping tube ($5) is always included in custom rod shipments and blank+component kits. Shipment of just a "single blank" will incure a charge for the tube. All shipments are insured!
Box Components
When small components are shipped, we will choose the best method (Fed-Ex or USPS Priority Mail) based on price. Usually orders under 1 pound will use Priority Mail. All shipments are insured!
Payment
Cash, checks and money orders are always appreciated and helps to keep our costs down. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our new "E-Mail" Payment System powered by PayPal! When its time for us to start your custom rod assembly, you will get an e-mail request for payment. Follow the instructions and your credit card or bank card will be processed over Paypal's "Secure Server". You don't even need to be a Pay Pal member! Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by our financial services providers or Bad-Fish Offshore Equipment and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases.
