Seeker's "Black Steel"
Continues to be one of the finest blanks available anywhere in the world. Epoxy resin system employed with their proved composite of E-Glass fiberglass cloth and uni-directional, 30 million modulus graphite fiber making these some of the most dependable and lightest saltwater blanks available. Seekers unique composite design employs the use of E-Glass, which provides unequaled durability and strength throughout the length of the blank. The unidirectional graphite fiber is used extensively in the butt section, which adds stiffness and reduces the weight of the blank at the same time. The graphite fiber is interlayed with the glass and extends up the blank from the butt towards the tip to give the rod a designed "action". Only Seeker has developed this design to give us fishermen choices of "fast, x-fast, or medium action for a given line rating or rod length. The "Inshore" models are unique in that they are made with graphite fiber from butt to tip and S-Glass for added strength and sensitivity that is inherent in inshore type fishing rods. The "Inshores" are also tinted with a blue finish.
Seeker Glass "Classic" Blanks
Seeker continues to offer some of the finest in traditional Black E-Glass and Blue S-Glass blanks. These blank models that we all came to know during the Sabre heyday are preserved using the original tooling and glass pattern designs. Today, you will find all the traditional E-Glass models as well as the remaining stock of Teal Blue EX S-Glass blanks which has made such a stir over the past year.
